• Orders can be shipped worldwide. Please note that all tapes and DVDs (real DVDs and NOT DVD+/-R) are region free NTSC (North American TV format) and San Diego Boy Productions is not responsible for Customs or other foreign country restrictions.
• All orders are shipped in 24-48 hours unless otherwise requested.
• All $1 shipping orders are sent out by US Postal Service 1st Class Mail. Priority Mail with a 2-3 day delivery time is available for an additional fee. International orders are shipped Global Priority with a 5 day delivery time. Additional shipping fees may apply.
• All orders are sent discreetly in a plain padded envelope or by Priority Mail box packaging with SDB Productions and our P.O. Box as the return address.
• All tapes/DVDs are checked before shipping. If you have a problem with a tape, please contact us.
• Please note that all sales are final and there are no refunds or exchanges except for defective materials.
